ELITE AMMO

Post by RichardM » 04 May 2014, 07:46

Has anybody else ordered one thing from Elite Ammo only to be shipped an entirely different product only to have their Emails and phone calls completely ignored?
I would just order what I want again and say bye to the money spent on my first order but I don't want any more Springs for a magazine. Those aren't what i'm ordering, they aren't what i'm paying for but they sure in hell are what i've been sent!

Thanks for the reply to emails, phone calls, messages left, ect...

I hope many somebody's that wants to spend money with these guys reads this and goes elsewhere!!!

Not me, I've had good luck with EA. I had an error once but it was quickly remedied.

Out of curiosity, how long ago did you call/email?

A pm was sent to this guy. Waiting for a reply.
There is a big possibility the email (s) could have been caught by spam filters.
There are days when there are over 200 emails in the spam folder.
I handle all the shipping so it could have been an honest mistake :(

I have ordered alot of stuff from EA and they have aways been good to me. Keep in mind it is a very small business and they do get very busy at times. Must have patience and they will get back with you and fix the problem.

Richard, I would assume it was a simple mixup. I'm sure that once Lisa gets things figured out, she'll get you taken care of.

Interesting ... Never had a problem before, I get an answer without even buying anything ...

Here is a perfect step by step to get the issue resolved 90% of the time ALL the time:

Restart your computer
unplug your router
wait 30 seconds
plug it back again
wait for the service light to flash
start your computer back again

if your issue continues ... Contact your internet service provider.

Hope this helps .. Cheers

HUH????

Maybe it's too early & I'm missing something but how does a full computer/router reboot help with getting a wrong order resolved?

Hmm. All my interactions with Jay or Lisa have been quite satisfactory. PM's and everything else handled promptly. If there has been a glitch, let them straighten it out.

I have ordered from EA about 5 times and the only problem I've encountered was a FedEx problem, not EA. Jay and Lisa were very polite and helpful in resolving the matter. I'm happy and will use them again.

Sounds like someone is trying to just bash EA....

I've ordered from EA a couple of times and, once, there was a problem...with the go-nogo gauge. I found Jay easy to talk to and he told me that I likely needed a different case sizer, I was determined that mine was OK and that I couldn't use their gauge. When I asked for a refund, it was promptly credited to my account. So I've got no problems with EA.

I think you've got to keep in mind that EA is a mom-and-pop shop and they can't be everywhere for everybody every time. So be patient. It will work out OK for you and it's likely that later in time you will regret your knee-jerk blast at them.

Mr. Richard,

I find it very interesting that two days have gone by and you have not updated the status of your grievance. I also find it interesting that it appears the only reason you became a member of this forum to start a nasty and negative thread about Elite ammo. You became a member at 10:34 on May 4th and posted your one and only posting at 10:46 on May 4th.

I do not need to restate what other members have said in response to your post but Elite Ammo is a family business that takes pride in what it does. No one here needs another "Medula Oblongata".

I would like to ask the moderators to remove this thread for many reasons.....

#1. I do not like it.
#2. I do not appreciate reading verbal diarrhea.
#3. If I want to read garbage, I will just read something about Obama.
#4. Ok, All jokes aside, the rest of my reasons are legit....
#5. This thread was started in the wrong forum, it does not belong "here".....

Please reference the link then keep reading...

Best Regards,

Moved to the proper forum (thanks for pointing that out) but EA should decide on the deleting.

If you have an idea as this person's alternate account, please send it to me via PM & I'll check it. Otherwise, we have almost 7000 members (most inactive) & there's no way I'm wasting that much time.

I don't know what the actual deal is on either side, but if someone is unhappy with a business & cannot contact them through regular channels, posting on a forum the company frequents should get a response. I don't blame him for posting here, I'd have been more respectful but that's me.

Until then, you may just want to avoid this thread.
