Question on Desantis Scorpian Holster

I bought a http://www.desantisholster.com/038.html scorpian
Holster for my Kahr MK9 (Stainless) and it fits tightly in the holster however it is is very hard to draw from the holster. I am not sure if I am missing something. Is there a special technique to pull the gun from the kydex IWB? Thanks

I know on Bladetech IWB holsters there is a screw you can adjust.
