Get this the FDA is currently holding up our shipment of ringsights.

The sights are in country being held up buy UPS/FDA.

I can tell you this is putting the nail in the coffin of us ever using UPS again.

Apparently.

I do know the FDA regulates lasers and infrared night sights. All I can assume is some FDA bureaucrat pencil dick decided they fell into the FDA's concern and flagged them.
