Wasn't in a hurry to sell this before, but dropping the price as I need the cash asap.

12 boxes totaling 600 rounds of Federal HST .40 S&W 165gr hollowpoints shipped in a good surplus ammo can.
It's basically this http://www.ammunitiontogo.com/product_i ... llow-point. Very good stuff, now with a picture! Image

The story behind it, a buddy of mine bought my .40 and was going to buy the ammo with his next paycheck, but he didn't have it a month before he got drunk and put a hole in his wall while messing with it "thinking it was unloaded". Basically he is an idiot and now the cops have all his guns, so he don't need it anymore. Another friend wanted one box out of it so it is down to 12, but it still fits tightly in the ammo can. Get it before it's gone folks!

Yea it was a nice gun too. My friend begged me for years to buy my Steyr m40a1 from me, I finally said sure when he came by with a wad of cash and waved it in my face. Less than a month later at his girlfriends birthday party he decides to show everyone his new gun, and slaps a magazine in it with the slide locked back to show how it chambers the round automatically, then puts it up and forgets. Fast forward a few more shots and he takes it out again and goes to disassemble it, and without clearing it he pulls the trigger to decock it and puts a round into his wall. Party canceled, cops arrive, he gets to spend the night in the drunk tank and loses all his guns. He might get the other ones back if he can plead it down to a misdemeanor, but he is probably not getting the Steyr back. Whiskey and guns do not mix folks.

Wow... that is a story.

I don't show my guns off at parties.. but I have owned many Steyrs... I'm down to about 3 at this point, but selling the M9-A1s as I don't shoot them much, anymore.

Coincidentally I'm shooting the next USPSA with the new L9-A1.

Great ammo! If it were 9 I might have taken it off of you, but I own 9mm and 10mm and not .40 :(

I have only one 40 and my CZ-40B, although my 610 can shoot these.

Anyone with any sense doesn't show off guns at parties, but they also don't chamber a round and forget about it, or go to disassemble a gun without clearing it first. Suffice to say, this guy has no sense when he is drinking. Other notable stories from the same guy, he told someone once that if they bought the next case of beer he will break every empty bottle over his head, they did and he did, and someone once dared him to put a cigarette out on his johnson, so he whipped it out mid party and did it. He really is a cool guy when he is sober, but alcohol gets the best of him. I wasn't there for any of these incidents or I would have put a stop to them, but he has a lot of idiot friends that would rather laugh at him when he does dumb stuff like that.
