Ammo for compact .45

Just got a Para PDA .45 and was wondering what loads others would recommend / use for compact .45s. My prior experience with .45s has been mostly with full size pistols.

230 gr Winchester JHPs are what I use. Not the best, but I have been able to find them recently...

Carry either 230 grn. JHP golden sabres or Hornady T.A.P.
