I spent 4hrs on the range when I took these, and ran out of time for further testing (all my water jugs frozen, and I forgot the level III steel), but these are a start. All cycled, and no keyholing at 20 yards. Definite room for speed improvement:

Cool! Another member is doing velocity testing, great info garnering!
I'll stick to reloading .223 only when I have to shoot Highpower... it's so annoying to reload if I have to resize the brass...

Never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity.
The shooter will always matter more than the gear ever will.
Stop relying on others to do the work for you.
Shoot more, worry less.

Re: Custom .223 loads with SS190 and SS192
For the SS190 what was the difference in powder grains between the 2 tests? I noticed the first velocities were alot higher.

Keep in mind we have a bunch of Olin primed brass ready to go. It's seem costly until you factor in the primer is already installed and crimped.

^^ No worries. Normally I always do a separate video for different barrel lengths, but since I had a few related videos I lumped them all together.

Here is the 100 yard iron sites accuracy test. Nothing jaw dropping, but combat accuracy and no key holing:
We're going to see if the next batch of 190 can be pushed any faster..

Re: Custom .223 loads with SS190 and SS192
here's the Level III plate test. Neither load compromised the plate. I'm not sure if pushing the SS190 any faster will help, but I'd like to see if an extra 2-300 fps is possible from this load.
The interesting results are the 31gr load through water. Note how the round is in it's upright position will penetrating the jugs.
