I saw it mentioned in an old thread but never knew what it was until last night. A local gun shop has one & I was able to fondle it for a bit.
http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2008 ... -magazine/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It's a 12ga semi-auto shotgun with a 16+1 capacity (civilian model). The magazine is comprised of 4 tubes, each one can hold 4 rounds. When the tube is emptied, the magazine is manually rotated to a fresh tube. The magazine needs to be removed in order to be loaded.
The rotating magazine is a bit awkward at first with that locking mechanism but would get better with practice.
I also figure you can paint the tubes differently to indicate what round is in them, depending on your purpose - non-lethal, shot, slugs, plasma grenades...
I didn't bother to ask how much he wanted but they're on gunbroker for $2300-$2700.

Hi Rapier,
Thanks for posting the video about our 1216.
The magazine is very easy to turn and it's fast!
I just officially joined the forum, so I'll be around for any questions anyone has.
Thanks!
