.224 40gr fmj flat base reload

Post by FNtacticalNUT » 16 Dec 2021, 19:51

I have found some .224 40gr fmj flat base projectiles that were pull downs. Was wondering if anyone has loaded these before for plinking ammo. And if so what did you use for load data. Will be loading them to run in the Diamondback DBX 5.7 which is gas driven. Will not be running them through my fsn’s

Did you happen to get them from hi tech ammo? If so you have to sort the bullets based on bullet base to ogive. Ask me how i know.

We at Elite have pull down 40 fmj but we sort them so that when you get them they are all the same.
