How ridiculous is that?
They are selling the "restricted" SS198 ammo cheaper online than I can get AE & SS197 locally. I'd have to drive ~60mi to get the civilian ammo for a cheaper price & even then the fuel costs would offset it again. :wall:

Received my order from high plains gun shop today. I will say that their packing job left alot to be desired. I had only ordered 2 boxes so they shipped them in a Bubble envelope. UPS delivered a taped up ball of bubble envelope that looked as if it had been used for soccer. Both boxes were crushed and seams broken open with the rounds tumbling around loose. I'm not going to complain though because of the price.

Still waiting on my order. Delivery was extended from today until Thursday, because of the weather. Will keep you posted on the condition it arrives in.

Got my package today:




Outside packaging was great. Inside the box had a lot of bubble wrap on top of the boxes, but not on the sides or bottom of the ammo. 2 boxes were broken open and loose ammo all over, but nothing dented. Headstamped 2013.

That company is a great company, the guy does it on the side, but he is quick and has the best prices on most anything.. especially FN products if you are civilian, even selling FNX Tactical for about the price LE/MIL gets it for.
