I'm considering purchasing a PS-90 and wondered if the rail could be swapped for one of the fiber optic sights that FN offers in their online store?

All depends on the store or supplier. Some may charge more while other might just trade it no charge.

I'm not worried about the store or supplier as I'd keep the rail, I just needed to know whether it was possible.
