You need to let me know where you're getting the larger mugs. I've been ordering 'coffee cups' from VistaPrint and while they're nice, they're much too small for my usage. I ended up ordering a stainless steel insulated travel cup from CafePress but good grief they aren't cheap.

Yeah, Merganser is worse (for the liver texture). The larger the bird, the less prominent, it seems. But even the 'white' meat on a duck is still a dark meat. Not my favorite game bird, but edible. You won't taste the mustard. It might be something in it...I don't know what, but it draws out the dirt taste and washes right off. The buttermilk can be 'simulated' with regular milk and a teaspoon of vinegar.

Merganser IS a nasty duck. However, having stumbled upon this a bit late (I hope it's not too late), there's a trick to removing the nasty from the flesh. Sometimes it's a pain in the ass when you only have one duck, but... Soak the breast in a mix of brine water, ice and mustard. Yes, just plain ol...

Post as in Post 1986, anything newer than that isn't legal for civilians to purchase. Sample as in 'Dealer Sample'. Class III dealers of Class II NFA weapons are allowed to have SAMPLES that they can use to assist in making sales, usually to police departments and other SOT licensees. P90, the milit...

Jeff's dead on when it comes to ammo choice. I don't know what ammo you're using but I can tell you that when I was carrying the FsN as a duty weapon and we had our annual quals, the SO bought the only ammo that their supplier had. It was the weak, watered down SS196. Having never used it before, I ...

I'm not saying this is the issue, esp if both of you are having the same issue, but according to the practice target I have, if you are shooting consistently low and not to either side, you could be dropping your head or pushing too far forward, breaking your wrist forward. While this may not seem l...

Yeah, I stopped at a WalMart that was a couple hours away for us. They get 22LR every day. The guy said the same 7 guys line up and buy them out EVERY STINKING DAY.
Seriously?
Who the frack shoots THAT much 22LR?? Makes me want to go there just to kick them in the knees.
