Re: PS90 vs AR15

Why not split the difference and get an AR57 upper? PS90 is solid, I would recommend that. Or you could sell some of that 223 ammo and get the upper in 5,7x28 Agreed. I own a FsN as well as an AR-15 and an AR-10 variant. When I decided to carry my FsN full time, I also decided it was time to get a ...

I considered the AR57 but I think it is too much of a compromise. I would save me money but.....

PS90 vs AR15

I recently switched to FsN for my hand guns and I am very happy with that decision. I now have two and LOTS of ammo. I have an AR15 with about 2m rounds so my next decision can be very expensive. If I had to bug out with my family we can carry lots of 5.7 but I am concerned with also trying to carry...

Re: Loading the magazine

OK, So just mail me your magazines, and plenty of ammo. I will load them for you... I won't charge you. I promise to send them back, fully loaded..... Oh P.S I will need to test the ammo for consistency and accuracy purposes to ensure that the ammo you bought is perfect... You will have nothing to ...

Loading the magazine

In addition to exhausting my Christmas budget, I am wreaking havoc on my thumb (no excuse other than I am old). Has anyone seen a loading device such as the one that ships with a Glock?

Re: Holster sources for FsN

I visited quite a few of the suppliers on the list but I had no success. I ordered a Veridian CL laser (no light) for my 5.7 and it seems to be queering the deal. Evidently the laser is difficult to work with. I am open for suggestions! In a way this is a good thing. I now have an excuse to buy leat...

Red dot vs laser

I have always used a laser sight but someone suggested that I might consider a red dot sight. In reading this forum I have the impression that replacing the rear sight with a red dot sight can be troublesome. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I use a red dot on my ar15 but never considered mounting ...

WTT: Glock 26 & Glock 34

I have switched from Glock to FnH 5.7! I want to trade both Glocks for a 5.7. The only use the Glocks have received is to quality on the range every year for my PI license. Probably less than 200 rounds through each gun. Plastic cases and factory materials are included. I am located in Atlanta, GA. ...

Cheap laser vs expensive laser !

I am going to a gun show tomorrow and I will be looking at a replacement for my old laser sight. I have been window shopping on the internet and I am curious: Why such a large price difference among the lasers? According to a technical friend the actual lasers all come from one of a very few manufac...

Re: Value of older 5.7

It is a moot point now. My 5.7 is now well used after I killed quite a few beer can Zombies yesterday.

Re: Concealed carry - smaller gun

Thanks for the input. Crossbreed does look good. I use an underbarrel laser. I will contact Crossbreed next week and ask them if they can work with that combination. I read the laser survey but it only covered laser/light combos. Do any of you have any experience with a laser on the 5.7. It looks li...

Concealed carry - smaller gun

I am new to the 5.7 pistol BUT I have fallen in love head over heels! I went to the range yesterday and fired my recently acquired gun for the first time. Wonderful! The 5.7 is now next to my den chair and I am looking for another for the bedroom. I have been shooting 9mm for several years and I car...

Value of older 5.7

I have acquired an older 5.7 pistol. It is in the case and unfired. In a conversation with a knowledgeable 5.7 fan, he suggested that my gun might have greater value than the current issue. It has a rounded trigger guard with raised bars. I only ask because I am not a collector and my only interest ...
