Re: Black Bear Hunting

Thanks for the replies fellas. I guess I'll probably stick to the .44 unless a wolf jumps out.

Black Bear Hunting

There was a thread on this a while back (09 I think), but it's locked so I started a new one. I'm going bear hunting tomorrow for black bear and I'll be packing my FsN and my Super Redhawk. I'm taking the FsN in case a wolf jumps out, but I'd really like to shoot a bear with it since I've already sh...

Hornady .284 162 Amax

I'm looking to buy 100 or so Hornady 162 Amax's for a 7mm. I'm only looking for the Amax's as I do not want to do any more load development as these shoot extremely well. Please let me know if anyone has any they would be willing to part with. I'm running very low.

FS: Galco Concealable FiveseveN USG Holster

Selling my barely used Galco Concealable USG holster. I check Amazon and the lowest on their price scale is $78.00. I'll take $65 for mine and pay for the shipping. This should save you around $20 give or take. I had my USG for a month before trading it in for a MKII so the holster has been used les...

Re: Accuracy

I had a USG with fixed sights for about two weeks. I had the EXACT same issue you described. I traded it for a MKII, problem solved. This post doesn't really help you, but I felt it might make you feel better to know that you are not alone.

Re: First 100 rounds through my new (to me) Five-seveN

I've said it once and I'll say it again, my experience with AE has been just fine and without issue. It's cheap and available and if you are shooting paper you might as well be shooting it.

Re: WTB- 100-300 5.7 cases

P.M. me your address. I've got over 100 and probably less than 300, but I haven't counted it yet. I'll send it to you.

Re: New Five-seveN MkII

That's one thing I'm very fortunate to have, plenty of private land to shoot and hunt on. As for cameras, just the good old smart phone. With my luck I'd probably send a good ol AE5728 flyer smack through the middle of it haha. Hell maybe I'll try it anyways :D

Re: New Five-seveN MkII

I mean, unfortunately I cannot get ahold of any to play around with because the gunbroker auctions are way out of my price range. I'd attempt your shooting challenges, however, I could never make it believable as I do not have the impressive camera set-up that you do :thumb: . Too bad you guys that ...

Re: New Five-seveN MkII

I watched the video via facebook....very nice. I liked the playing card shot myself :thumb: . I like the accurizing on my MKII as well. The trigger feels crisp and I intend to compliment it with night sights (doubtful on the ammo :skep: ).

This was the very first set. Jeff was nice enough to lend me his MKII since I still have not come up with one, so I could create night sights for it.
