Hmm. I notice you have the EA rate reducer on. Could that be slowing the cycling too much for the milder AE rounds? Just a thought.

I tried using the crimp setting in the 5.7x28 seater die but it just would not work without messing up the neck or shoulder. After reading lee's info on the 2 types, I just figured the Factory crimp dies were just a better type of crimp die with smaller gaps between the crimps to produce nicer results the way they describe them. Even though I do not use them as is, nor do I have a PS90 yet my brain has been trying to find a way to solve this issue for others. Also if or when I do get a PS90 the problem will have been solved. A light crimp might just work enough to hold it better and as a side benefit it might boost the FPS...
