Re: Pull Marks

Rocky Mountain Reloading had those pulled SS190 bullets. They work fine. Accuracy is around 2 MOA. There are a couple of recipes floating around this site for .223 / 5.56.

Re: Home Grown SS 190

Everything cycled fine. Brass looked good. Just a little disappointed with the accuracy.

Re: Home Grown SS 190

In theory you can really get the SS190 bullet cooking in 5.56/.223. :p Ramshot X-terminator / Accurate 2230 (same thing) would be a good start... to get close to 4000 fps. Here is the results of two five shot groups. Not as good as one would of liked but it is what it is. This rifle normally shoots...

Re: EA PFP Trident Projectile Sales Returning

Side note, are you concerned about breaking the Magpul sight when it's down and folded foreword? I just got the upper last week. Those sights are very temporary till I get another set of offset BU sights. If they break then oh heck. Thanks again for putting out a great product. Can't wait till your...

Re: EA PFP Trident Projectile Sales Returning

Not everyone runs to gunbroker and sells the EA PFP Trident's as soon as they get them. I loaded up the 32gr and 36 gr on some .223 Rem. I shot them from a 7in upper and a 20in HBAR. http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg63/rfdjumper/EA_zpsff6b1d80.jpg ````````````36gr~~~~32gr 7in. avg fps 2613~~~~27...

Re: bought 5.7 ammo RECENTLY?

I was in TROP's gun shop in Elizabethtown, PA. They have some AE in stock, $24.99 2 box limit. I didn't go their specifically for 5.7 ammo but you can never have too much. Needless to say I picked up 2 boxes.

TLR-2S all the way.

The strobe on the TLR-2S is great; have someone use it on you and you'll be a convert too.

Re: Lubing before resizing?

I will remove the primers first before cleaning them with a Lee Universal Deprimer tool. I plan to use Simple Green to clean the cases. I will use Dillon Lube for re-sizing. Last year Santa brought me a Lee Cast Iron Breach Lock Press that I mainly use for primer removal but I will be using it for ...

Those factory boxes take up a lot of space. Put them somewhere safely out of the way, and get a good rack in your safe for all those pistols.

Re: Cabela's 5.57x28 Ammo Order

I ordered a 1000 rounds of AE from Cabelas, @ $19.99 the other day + free shipping. The backorder time was 2-3 weeks. Yesterday it was 0-1 week. So who knows. If it ships by Christmas I will order another 1000 rounds.
