223 subsonic would be so under power even with 80gr bullets it would become single shot.

You are flinching or jerking the shot. You can see it by getting a helper to give you a loaded or unloaded gun (you don't know which). When it is unloaded the gun goes click and you jerk off the target. Ideally it should go click (when it is unloaded) and still aim at the target. You can practice by...

EA pull bullets has a big dent in it. It shoots big groups because of it Really. Interesting. Show me proof. Do it. You probably can't shoot or reload for crap. Just going to call that one. I'm not claiming match grade accuracy, but "big groups"? Laughable. I say this because I've shot their pulled...

What is the point of such long barrel? If I really want to push bullet faster, just use AR in 223 cal.

I found hotter loads shoots higher with the same type of bullets. Other than converting to adjustable sight, that is your best bet.

I try it on 2 different lower too and it won't lock the bolt back. I use a dremal and cut a 45 degree slot on the upper so the bolt catch can swing higher and now I can lock the bolt back.
