if you buy 400 rounds that will bring the total to about 1100 anyways plus it is new...

I don't think the holsters shown in the Guntrader deal are very expensive

check the S4m from Elite Ammo They Rock!!!! I think they also have a LEO only section that you might want to check out.

Elite claims that every round except from the frangible and subsonic makes more damage than the ss190

They both say 2600fps but I haven't seen any chrono test that shows either of them close to the claimed speeds or a side by side comparison.

the part number in Midway is the same than in the Gunsprings which states "All Caliber's Except 10mm" maybe it doesn't matter and they fit fine. Not sure witch one is the right one in Hennings also what about the extractor and hammer spring? is it a good idea to change those as well. I've never read...
