Good! More manufacturing means a more rounds for sale. Meaning a few more minutes for me to make a purchase before they are gone! Hahah
Perhaps start offering pre-orders to help you gain some headroom to make your work easier.?
I know there are many like myself willing to send some funds your way to help further your business and ensure a purchase, in case I am at work or otherwise busy during time of release!

Soon, we have to fully integrate the brass into production. Most of you have noticed by now you are seeing a lot more ammo up more often in the last few weeks.

What will the grain weight be of this new S4Ti round? Will it still be 27 grains?

How are these looking?
Also when are you going to start loading S4M and T6B in your brass?

Re: S4M Replacement S4Ti
T6B has been shipping in our brass and S4M has been in both.
I am waiting on another alloyed core. Once it's in hand all I will start working on the jacket. Need to finish up getting our new 5.7 brass fully integrated into production.

Very cool! Im hoping to place a preorder for the T6B by the end of this week and hopefully get some of the brass before your next dry spell
Curious what process you intend to use to jacket the bullets?
Keep up the good work with the Brass, Jay. It is a huge step in the progress of this caliber and I really look forward to it.

Re: S4M Replacement S4Ti
The jackets will be made from cups on the same exact machine that makes my brass. during the forming process the core will be inserted and then the hollow point portion of the bullet formed on top of it. This will be done at the same speed my brass is ran on the machine.

Re: S4M Replacement S4Ti
Oh nice, I didnt realize those machines have that much versatility! Engine machine shops have so much equipment that only does a few select procedures, must be nice.
I wanted to chime in and say I went out shooting yesterday and found some time to take out a few rounds of T6B and S4M into a rusty steel tank.
I fired from about 8-10 feet straight on adequate safety precautions.
The T6B created a 1/4 deep divot in the steel, out of the 3 that were fired, 1 fell off, and the other two embedded/fused to the metal in a splattered fashion. I did have a light primer strike on one, but I believe the firing pin channel was dirty from the few hundred rounds we shot through earlier. 2nd time set it off.
The S4M was much different. The copper jacket was absolutely nowhere to be found, but the aluminum core was melted and seemed pressed into the steel almost flush. The jacket we heard falling onto a nearby metal pole building roof, meaning the jacket had disintegrated and spread in a radial pattern roughly perpendicular to the impact. There was little to no observable deformation of the steel from the S4M, just a melted blob of aluminum. This made me really anxious to see the Ti core and how they would compare to the Al core.
Overall really cool stuff. For the Shenanigans I do (Shooting though old computers/steel targets/ etc) The T6B really cuts the cake. For soft targets, the S4M may be better, I havent done any pork shoulder tests. Buffman did. Looking foward to the Ti! I've inquired about <30gr .224 from various makes and they all seem to blow me off which is really irritating. But they seem to have no problem making .204 in that weight. So your our only hope for now!
I'll try to get pics of the impacts soon. Thanks again!

Re: S4M Replacement S4Ti
Sweet.
Yes the flat face of the Al. core and the open base of the jacket really hurt penetration. I have a massive collection of steel plates that ether the T6B goes through, welds into or creates a divot from hell and with a little tapping falls out.

I still have IIIA panels that c1 sent me, can't wait to shoot these up.
Have been sitting on the latest rounds to test for over a year... time to go buy some clay from Michaels, soon?
