I just received my Elite Ammo holster and magazine pouches. They are Great! Very stable and comfortable. Great service as usual. The holster design is great, looked a bit odd at first but I really like it. Thanks Lisa, Jay and (?).

Re: Elite Ammunition (panzermk2wife & panzermk2)
I sent my FsN to them to be accurized, add the HD spring and adjustable night sights. I sent Jay a PM yesterday asking if it happened to be on its way back to me. I only did that because I was invited, at the last minute, to a hog hunt in 2 days on private land and I really want to see (and video) how the FsN & S4Ms perform on them.
He said the night sights were not there yet and proceeded to offer me his personal sights so I could go on the hunt.
I declined the generous offer, but I DEFY anyone to find another company where such an offer would be made. This is the kind of customer service that is simply lacking these days in this country.
EA for president (if that was possible anyway)!!!

Thank you Jeff, this would be why my personal FsN is in the shop in a bin more often then it is in my nightstand.

The trigger after Jay accurized my 5.7 is so much better, I was unsure when I sent it in what the difference would be but it was well worth it. Also got my Pro III rounds in and love em.

o and i hope to send my gun to them to get there trigger job done soon
Re: Elite Ammunition (panzermk2wife & panzermk2)
*update
i was told that they tried to contact me several times to send out my virdian laz/light. i never received any emails. placed my order on Jan. 6th. i contacted them on Apr 20 and asked how much longer it would take and was told to wait. emailed them back on april 25 to ask about it and was told they tried to contact me several times already without a responce, because they needed my laz/light. i canceled my order today. i figure if they lied about contacting me i dont really want to send anything expensive over there. i dont mind taking the 20$ hit to cancel, its just annoying that i waited this long when i could have gone else were.
i still will buy all the ammunition from them. but i dont feel comfortable with them doing any custom work or sending them my 57 to do a trigger job.

The time frames are all ESTIMATED
"
but it also states
"These ARE custom made for each order and the ESTIMATED time frame is 6 to 8 weeks A 10% cancellation fee applies to Custom Orders cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled "
thats like going to a restaurant saying its a 30min wait and 2 hours later your still not seated. on top of that i lose 25$ to cancel my order because only god know when it will be, if at all, finished?! in their defence it is a small buisness. and i love EA. and still support it. i just dont support the estimated time frame of 6-8weeks, specially when there is a 10% cancel fee. -1 point
i had moved and they changed the shipping address after i order somethings. and they were fast enought to make the changes before they shipped to the wrong address. +.5 points for that. (its only .5 because the rest of my order has yet to be made and sent out)
iv bought from them about 6 boxes of assorted ammo. with more on the way. i will aggree that messaging to them sometimes dont get answered correctly. but again, small buisness and i understand they are most likly overwhelled by the demand. im pretty sure that one panzer guy on here is the owner of it or something. at least you know you will acctually be heard unlike biger corperations

Re: Elite Ammunition (panzermk2wife & panzermk2)
Kudos to EA for repairing my FsN. Since my last slide had a gaping hole in it, I got the new custom slide while I was at it. Great customer service and fast repair, I would recommend to anyone.
my experience with EA
This post is to elaborate to everyone how much of a stand up guy Jay is and the top notch operation he is running at Elite Ammunition.
My first purchase from Jay, in October of 2011, was fifty rounds of Protector II ammo for my FiveseveN and PS90. I found the ammo to be very good in my fiveseveN, but to my surprise, my PS90 would not work with it at all -- I'd get stovepipes on spent casings and bent noses on new ones going into the chamber. During this time I also purchased, second hand, one of the mini slide rail adapters for my FiveseveN. The rail adapter was loose in the rear sight mount in spite of any of my efforts to lock it down.
I contacted Jay with my predicament to find he was eager to get me something that works. We first agreed that replacing the springs on my PS90 and FiveseveN would be a good first step. To this end I ordered a ps90 spring pack and a FiveseveN recoil spring. This helped the recoil on my FiveseveN, but my ps90 still refused to work with the protector II ammo.
I again contacted Jay with my problems. He offered to send me a sample of Pro III ammo on his own dime to test in my PS90. At the same time Jay suggested I send him the slide to my FiveseveN and that he would take care of mounting it for me. I agreed, sent in my slide, and shortly thereafter received a sample of Pro I ammo. I eagerly took this new ammo to the range, to run into the same problem again.
Once again I contacted Jay asking if he had any other ideas. I knew that some PS90s were picky with ammo, but this was really frustrating. To my surprise, Jay suggested I send him my rifle so he could inspect it personally and resolve the issue. Again, Jay stated the only cost involved would be for parts if needed. At this point I sent my rifle to him.
Jay kept my rifle for about a month, and stated that the lacquer off the ss197 rounds had built up and caused pressure issues. He also stated that it was functioning for him well after a good cleaning. During this time my slide returned with a perfectly mounted slide rail and zeroed Burris FastFire II (at no charge).
My PS90 was returned to me. Eager to test I headed to the range with both my remaining Pro II and sample Pro I rounds, to again encounter the same issue. Pro II would not work at all, and Pro I was only maybe 30% reliable.
Jay and I again exchanged Emails. He let on that there was something he was working on that may help, a new reducer weight for the bolt, that would help the issue, but that he was a few weeks out from having one that would work. I told him I'd like to be on the list to get one once available.
A few weeks later I noticed the rate reducers were available, so I e-mailed Jay to arrange purchasing one. Much to my surprise Jay insisted on sending me one to try free of charge.
The rate reducer arrived, and I took my PS90 to the range. I tried some Pro II rounds I still had, and while they were maybe 60% reliable, I had the same issues with feeding. I contacted Jay and we were truly out of ideas. I offered to send the rate reducer back, but Jay insisted I keep it. I offered to pay full price, and even manufacturing costs, but Jay decline.
The next day, while looking at the EA site, I noticed that the Pro II was no longer recommended for use in a PS90. I suddenly remembered that the Pro II was the only ammo I tested. I gathered up the 5 remaining Pro I samples I had and went to the range. To my surprise, all 5 fed without an issue. Finally success! I e-mailed Jay the good news, to which he replied that he was happy as well.
Given my experience I will not hesitate to purchase anything from EA. I am slowly stocking up on Pro I and can say that EA has a customer for as long as they choose to stay in business.

Just realized I've never posted feedback for EA on here.
It goes without saying, but EA (Elite Ammunition) is a great company with great products. Jay and Lisa have been great to interact and do business with over the years. In fact, one of the first boxes of 5.7x28mm ammo I fired through my Five-seveN (back in 2006) was a gift from Jay.
Highly recommend EA! :thumb:
