If I feel threatened enough to pull the trigger, it's shoot to kill. Warning shots are for the coast guard only.

Because I am stupid, what's the difference between a 37mm flare launcher and the M203?

You can't own a 40mm M203.

They have those as well as the m203's up at SGC, and more than one person around here has fired more than flares from the 37mm. I just don't really see the point, I guess I just haven't found the need yet.

i have been looking at one of these for the past few gun shows but have bought guns i would actually use and carry instead...the reason im looking at them is just for the "cool" factor, i highly doubt i would ever use it past the first time. but you gotta admit, this thing is pretty cool

Would make for a nice signaling device for a SHTF situation.

Anyhthing in a pinch is how I see it. Im the a$$hole that will shoot flares at the enemy in a firefight or smoke just to phk with em. lol My friend in Alaska has one of these and apparently he claims its legal to have the CS rnds for this thing, so he would shoot them into campsites from across a lake and watch the hilarity ensue.
