Max smilies: 2
Max image width: 250px
Max image height: 75px

Just my $.02, but I think both the avatar and the sigs should be a bit larger. 80 by 80 is not a lot, and I am definitely noticing that my avatar from the old site will not fit, making my one that I shrunk for this site blurry. What do you think? 100 x 100 is my recommendation for size.

I'm pretty sure the avatars were 80x80 on the old site. I'll up the sigs to 250x100.

No, mine was 86 x 100 in the old site. You can tell just by looking at my avatar now.
