KGI - THOR 5.7 x 28mm Ammunition

Noticed this site has 5.7 x 28mm ammunition, and is also advertising it as armor piercing. I thought that was a no no. Anybody tried this stuff? -

their 55gr round is an FMJ which will go through probably a level II vest. However by any legal definition is it not AP

AP rounds may or may not be illegal depending on their FFL & your state's laws. Idaho doesn't care.

The bullet makes it the AP definition, and a 55gr ball round is not AP by any definition.
