Akdal MKA 1919

Post by LA-LI-LU-LE-LO » 12 May 2012, 09:31

Anyone here have one? Would you choose it over a Saiga 12 or the FN SLP? The price of the MKA 1919 is very low compared to a converted Saiga 12 or SLP and it has a AR lrbho and magazine release. The magazines are steel too. The MKA 1919 is also lightweight.

i just got one the other day. i like it so far but stripping it all the way down is a PITA. requires tools and long extensions. patiently waiting for higher cap mags.

i chose it over the saiga because to get a similar saiga to compare to the 1919, you are spending $1000 between conversion and the gun. and i also have not read one story of a saiga cycling everything perfectly.
