Contrary to popular belief, you CAN fix stupid - it's just illegal.

Here is my wright up of dying my Magpul magazines
First started with sand colored magazines

Image
Pull out springs and followers then I tried a few decorations styles
1. Rubber bands and plastic bags wrapped around
2. Teflon tape wrapped in a spiral pattern.
3. Just rubber bands
4. No add-ons

Image
Heat water to just under boiling and dye in lager pot (no picture of pot).
Image

Time in dye will vary the more dye and time will make it darker. Remove from dye.

Image

Remove rubber bands and such and rinse, from left to right : just dye, rubber bands, tape, plastic bags.

Plastic bags is my favorite pattern

I used nearly boiling water and some salt to dye my mags, then I rinsed them in cold water afterwards to seal them up.
