I'm guessing 50 yards but hopin 100.

This rifle is used by me as it was used by the Hungarian Military Tank Soldiers, for real close up work. To me it's a big pistol with a wire folding stock.

If they are 50yds away I run. :D

Congrats on the AMD!

I ran my AMD-65 through a 2-day AK-47 operators course and it ran like a sewing-machine! No failures of any type and we ran them hard. No cleaning or anything with over 500 rounds shot. Head shots routinely performed at 10 yards, 15 yards, & 20 yards. Body shots no problem at 50 yards and 100 yards.
