10mm CCW

Does anyone other than Glock make a good 10mm suitable for CCW?

I have an Eclipse Pro and I love it. Also you want to consider a Dan Wesson pointman 10mm.

One of the best 10mm carry guns is a Para P12-40. A chamber reaming and mild tuning gives you one heck a carry 10mm. Venry (radcat) can do the work. A P12-40 para reamed to 10mm is one of his favorite carny pieces.

I think only the glock would be a great Summertime CCW because of the weight and size on the subcompact.

Others like EAA and Kimber are too heavy or practial for me to use comfortably, unless I am wearing jeans and a jacket.
Plus the capacity is more than the 1911

EAA makes a nice poly framed 10mm

EAA never ceases to amaze me.

I guess I haven't been keeping up with the newer models.
+1 to the EAA.

there's also the Dan Wesson C-Bob, a commander-sized 1911 with bobbed grip for better concealment. just an option, though i've decided i prefer the arched MSH on 1911's, seems to provide a firmer platform. the C-Bob has a big following, though.

would this EAA have the same problems like the glocks do when using the fun 10mm rounds?

Nope the biggest issue is cheap mags. If you get one order wolff 5% mag springs asap.

I have a Glock 20. So the comment about the problem with the Glocks firing fun rounds got me very curious what that problem is. Please explain.

First Gen Glock 10mm's crack there frames. Everything since has not had an issue shooting full power 10mm. Although you do get "Glock Smilies" So if you want to use full house 10mm you need to replace the barrel.

This is an extreme case of one.

those are so pretty.. how do you like the grip, hold-wise, compared to a regular one? do you actually prefer the feel or do you just like the concealability?

I'm just getting it broke in, about 300 rounds, but I haven't found anything I don't like about it. As for CC, no permit or leather yet. I do need some ideas for a holster though.
