I had good results using one of these - the group size decreased and the consistency of velocities and group sizes improved.
I did have an issue at first - the collet was catching on the neck rim and it would cause the bullet to skew and shoulder to bend/bulge. To fix this, I used a punch and spread the fingers of the collect so so they wouldn't catch and it worked perfectly after that.
