New ps90 and ammo on the way

Post by justa22 » 18 May 2014, 16:14

Been away from the forum for a while, have a new ps90 and ss197 ammo, also a box of ss190 on the way, should be here next week. Been reviewing the rifle, noticed in some info that the trigger pack should not be oiled. I use CLP on all my firearms to wash them down during cleaning and blow off with air hose leaving a thin coat of CLP on the triggerpacks, other moving parts, Mini 14, mini 30, Browning BAR and BLR hunting rifles, Glocks, Rugers. Will cleaning and lubing the ps90 in this way be ok or not. It has worked great on all my other firearms, Thanks for info.

I oil my ps90 heavily and then before i shoot it i wipe most of it off. I have never had single Issue In The PS90.

 Wow am I impressed. Received my PS 90, installed a Burris fastfire sight, clean and lubed, shot a few rounds to zero at 25 yds. This little rifle is amazing, hardly any recoil, easy to keep on target, very quick handling, light, 50 rounds of ammo, easy mag changes. Installed a side rail for a light, urban sling, I am 66 years old, this is no doubt the best, not the most powerful, weapon that I own. Looking forward to a lot of fun.
