I am too having the same problem but as I informed in another thread per my gunsmith its because the ejection is so fast and kinda violent the casing rotates fully before it drops and hits something inside the magwell or the underside of the bolt. And its not because I have a catch mag since I also tried it without the modded Pmag I have for mine by zip-tying a cloth catch bag onto the magwell and they still all came out with a dinged neck. But the nice thing is I know now that it doesnt affect reloadability of the casings thankfully.

If ya dont mind could you post a pic of your foam mod so I can get a better idea and try it myself later?

Actually, it looks like you're putting double img tags on it.

Oh, and it looks like the pics are too big as well. The forum limits picture size to 1024 pixels wide.

I'll see if I can fix it

Nice! Not sure how well that would work on a PS90 but it certainly works on an AR57.

update about the rubber in the shell catcher. i would not do it, i was having jamming issues today even with the new fnh magazine :ponder: so i removed the pies of rubber the inside of the shell catcher and sent another 100 rounds down range and had no more jamming issues. :thumb: and yes i was the idiot that came up with that bright idea on the rubber piece  :(
