Re: AR57 is back
Shitty chamber cutting his the hallmark of Jarvis barrels, but I have also had feed back on AR57 chambers being out of spec or just really poorly reamed. I would look into polishing the chamber, I would suggest using one of my/EA snap caps to test the but I haven't had those in stock since fucking c...

OK not an AR57 guy. I never really got into it. Well I got into the 5.7 because I was and still am an old school full power 10mm guy. I really got into the BOZ. It came from the same trials as the 5.7 and 4.6 H&K. Well nothing came of the BOZ since it needed a platform. So I ended up with the FsN. I purchased the first civilian sold USG in NA. St...

Because QL uses government models developed years ago. One being shooting a 30.06 over a lake at dead calm night and measuring the distance and time of the splash. The 5.7 operates at the edges of these models. The farther you move away from the baseline the less accurate the models. This is why I n...

Well your first problem is expecting the 5.7 to do something it was never designed to do. While you can get it to mushroom, it is designed to bend and tumble once it's in soft tissue. While the SS197 uses the Hornady V-Max and there are much better carry rounds the Ft. Hood shooter used it to great ...

I like 25% Lanolin to 75% 90% isopropyl. Not a fan of tumbling loaded ammo either. As long as you take care of the coating and load plinker loads you can get 5 to 7 reloads on the brass. At this point the coating will give out, but not an issue since the shoulder will give out and most importantly the primer pockets. 5.7 is hell on primer pockets, even with light loads. Often prim...

Well no matter what pistol you fire 5.7 from it puts brass in low earth orbit, much CZ's do.
If you had a FsN I would recommend My/EA's HD recoil spring.
Less shoulder movement, up tick in velocity and the brass only flies 8 feet.

No NO and I mean NO. Using a small amount of fast powder behind a bullet technically to heavy for the 5.7 will NOT end well.

Re: P90/PS90 Magazine question
No they aren't OEM and they are pure shit.
Their springs suck.
The feed lip area of their mags fall apart and often owners have to glue them back together.
Their feed rollers often have flash on them also causing issues.

Brand new platform. I know lugs like this need, NOT the rest of the gun, but the lugs are going to need a heavier lube.
So it might need the grease.

The issue is the barrel on the P90/PS90 needs to be able to move. It's designed to have a certain amount of barrel movement. remove this movement and it won't function correctly

FNH Recently revised their P90/PS90 mold.
FNH Recently revised their P90/PS90 mold. Makes sense, they have been using the same molds for decades and molds do wear out. FNH took the chance to increase the strength of their receiver including a weak spot known to crack and fail. Generally every place they could make it thicker they did. Video...

Re: Any S&W M&P 5.7 Reloaders Out There?
If you take care of your coating and keep your loads at plinker levels x5 is a good target. Besides the coating and shoulder the primer pocket will give out. Even low loads the 4.7 is hell on primers. DON'T fully swage the primer pockets and even if there is a crimp just kiss is enough to get rid of...
