Re: I wanna join the 10mm club...

Didn't have time to read the entire posting, but was it mentioned EAA just sent a recall for firing pins on the 10mm Witness? They have a list of serial numbers to check on their EAA.com homepage to see if you're one of the lucky ones. Also, Jay is right. The magazines needed to be redesigned. Mine ...

Since we had two days of 105 last week, I started light summer reading of Polar Shift by Clive Cussler- hoping the title cools me down.

Re: How to hit at 100 yds?

In the state police, there were three handguns we used over the years. Every trooper had to qua;ify out to 50 yards, although the vast majority was in close. The course for personal off duty weapons was the same, but half the rounds fired. Everyone also had to do the shotgun and rifle course, the ri...

To Fly's initiating question, yeah we can roast a pig. We got Pelosi out of the speaker seat. As for the rest, I believe in the right to arm bears.

Three pages and one brilliant remark- Obviously Jay's statement that's why he drinks beer. Gotta love it.

Re: This Pastor sucks

A major problem is many groups (look at the church name) just call somebody "Pastor" . I run into people all the time who tell me they've been a minister for years. No seminary, no background checks, no psychological tests--it's a bad system. Most mainline denominations do a background check, which ...

Enjoy the new toy! Just a suggestion- check out ammo carefully. My 38Super works flawlessly but will not function with Corbon. It is ever so slightly larger than other brands extraction is impossible. P.S. This 38 Super I refer to is a Taurus- the only Taurus I own.

Most confusing . Having never heard of a shout box, above it is stated it is for nonregistered people but should be reserved for silver or gold members. I'm too old.

Threaded with more stuff on the muzzle- I'd like to hear someone who competes on Blue's level about the change in the way it feels to get back on target. Seems a bit long but all Jay's ventures tend to work and work well.

Blue is very precise with his chosen words- a good trait. To get an earful just ask him what the knockdown power of throwing a clip at the head is. (megagrin)

Re: Barnes 45gr solids

People have a gentle humility here, which is very nice. Grant and Panz most certainly have worked up these rounds, but due to liability may not wish to publish considerations in an open forum. There is hardly a load untried between the two of them. A pm to either may glean considerable insight. They...

1. Turn on the lights.
2. When they see what I look like before fully awake, they flee in terror for having met the creature from the dark lagoon.
3. If I am awake, I'm uglier.
