.22 TCM and 5.7x28 twins?

Hey everyone, I came across this. it looks similar to the 5.7x28mm round and it shoots a 40gr bullet like the ss197.

Frog lube

Hey everyone has anyone had a lasting experience using Frog lube on their Five Seven? (more than a few months of continuous use). It seems good from the videos I've seen, but a lot seem to just be pushing the product for the company.

Cutting edge bullets

Hey everyone. Earlier I was looking around a came across these enhanced system projectiles from Cutting Edge bullets. They offer a 40gr and 55gr and seem like they would work out. Has anyone tried these before at all? https://cuttingedgebullets.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=ESP_A40_RAPT...

I was looking around and came across the Barnes 55gr MPG's and got interested in them. Has anyone loaded with these if so any load data for them?

Alright good thanks! :thumb: I was holding my breath for a while lol. It must be a polymer thing, my Kimber doesn't make the sound either.

Re: Slide wobble

It's not very old at all. I've only shot about 800 rounds out of it the most? I understand that there will be some play but just the clicking sounds makes me a bit nervous.

Slide wobble

Hey all so I noticed some extra play on my FsN on the back side of the slide. It's able to move horizontally left and right. If I shake it I can hear it hitting each side of the grooves on the frame by the hammer. Does this seem normal or excessive?

Round identification

I just started reloading for 5.7 platform and I have a batch of subsonics that look identical to the ss195's that I run sometimes. My question is does anyone know how fn paints/marks the tips of the bullets without affecting accuracy? It'd just be easier at the range if I mix up mags, plus I think i...

Re: Sighting in the FiveseveN

I haven't seen mags that are much cheaper than that. The cheapest I've found we're on impact guns for $33.

Re: EFK Fire Dragon Barrel

Bringing up a kinda old thread here, but I finally got some time off from work for once and ran the EFK barrel for the first time. At first I had some issues with the rounds I was cycling. I was using 197's but after about 10 rounds it began to eject the brass. I figured that it needed to break in a...

Pulling factory bullets

Hey all so earlier I was trying out the Frankfort arsenal bullet puller i just got in the mail on some ss197's. And 20 minutes after and a few deformed cases later I'm ready to throw it out the window  does anyone have any ideas or ways to pull factory rounds? The directions say do not use...

Blackout upper

Hey everyone I'm in the in the market for buying a new AR. I was thinking about something different this time and was thinking about .300 blackout AR platform. Does anyone have a setup like this? If so how well does it perform?

Re: Will the FsN work with water?

Possible. But I have a feeling that it was an over-exaggeration made by a salesperson at a gunshop. Sort of like those that claim that the FsN is an 'armor peircing' handgun and will soon be outlawed, hence the price..as they slowly slide it toward the buyer. I've been to a few gunshops where a lot...

Will the FsN work with water?

Hey everyone I was messing around on YouTube and came across this video for an over the beach test for an ACR. It got me thinking, will the Five Seven, p(s) 90 platform work in these conditions or will it blow up in your face lol. I've herd stories that the SEALs use the FsN so I'm guessing it shoul...

Re: EFK Fire Dragon Barrel

From your description it sounds like the locking block (I don't know the correct term, but I'm talking about the rectangle portion that hangs off the bottom of the barrel and locks it to the frame) may be a little long. Some light sanding on the forward face might help. I'll measure my stock barrel...
