Cosmetically... there seems to be a slight difference in the external profile where the front of the receiver meets the barrel, or at least it has seemed that way on every firearm I Knew was a P90 and not a converted PS90. The P90 has a right-angle stepped profile and the PS90 has a 45-degree angle....

With the proper attachments, I can use the same sling on multiple weapons and it goes from two-point to single-point easily.

I'm pretty sure he means 'will it work with the same slide/rim diameter" that the stock slide has. An oversize or undersize rim isn't going to play well with the face of the slide that's in contact with the base of the cartridge.

Bushnell TRS-25 on my PS90. Very low mounting, good cheek weld, no issues with the dot moving.

It failed in a known weak area. You can't just duplicate forged aluminum with the same thickness of fused low-strength polymer and expect it to be just as strong. Printed polymer frames are viable, but you have to account for the differences in construction. I'd say they're the 'wave of the future' ...

Well you could possibly put a block in a PMAG to account for the shorter length of the x28 compared to the x45 cartridge, but then you'd have to have a new follower, and very likely a new spring. I just took a hacksaw and cut out the webbing between the plastic ends. Two minutes with a bit of sandpaper and a smidge of JBWeld to bond everything.
