Re: Lone Survivor?

Haven't seen it. Probably will. I really don't care about anything other than I know the families are happy with it, and Marcus is as well. That's all I care about.

Re: Tac Con AR Trigger system

1.5 lb trigger? Try a 4 oz trigger like on most BR guns. Talk about breathing wrong and the gun goes off.

That's less than I would sell mine for, but then again, I have no need to sell.

Re: WTB: 5.7x28 once fired brass

First off to the ppl that are offering some free brass or at least the possibility of it, i really appreciate it, but I prefer to repay such kindness. If not money, then if I have something I can offer I'm glad to. Good people that share and do nice things for others deserve to be repaid in kind. S...

That's why I carry and XD-S. I don't carry a barrel longer than me. :p

Re: The BEST .22 Rifle on the planet

There was a used CZ 22 with the McMillan stock on it at Scheels today, don't remember the model. They wanted too much for it though when I priced one new. Made an offer, they declined. Great feeling gun though. Have to check back in a bit and see if it is still there. Might be more desperate to move...

Re: 9mm Host's

Aftermarket barrels are hardly ever needed, unless for threading, etc. I've never heard of anyone having problems from barrel tilt. Oh ok. From your response earlier in thread I thought you had. And not sure what you mean by 'needed'. Of course it would be for threading, we are talking about suppre...

Re: WTB: 5.7x28 once fired brass

Okay, considering the following. Prices are falling all over the place as the hoarders and panic buys are running down and stock is flowing in. I go to my local gunstore and I can pretty much always find fn 5.7x28 factory boxes of 50 for 32.00 (be happy to give the place in pm if you're near redmon...

Re: 9mm Host's

Sig hands down would be my recommendation. NSW in the 90s went through a ton of suppressed 9mm pistols testing their quietness and the gun that came out of all that is the MK24 (now a Mk25 I think they changed designation) with the factory Sig threaded bbl that they use standard. Take that FWIW. And...

6mmBR Custom R700

For once, my buddy who does smithing was waiting on me. Had to get stock and had to find time in schedule to get him my scope and rings. But it is finally done. Be a nice little varmint gun, or if I ever get into BR shooting a bit, this should shoot with most hunting class guns. Weighs almost exactl...

Re: WTB: 5.7x28 once fired brass

I have a stockpile, but frankly, I won't sell for anywhere near 15 cents per case. Sorry. I don't need to sell, so selling for what I can buy for is pretty nonsensical to me. But if you really need some, PM me. As fd57 has said though, you shop around you should be able to find some for 15 cents a c...

Honestly I would just bite bullet and by an Encore Pro Hunter. They really shoot extremely well. Worth the money, and they hold their resale pretty well too.

I can't resist. You don't have 30 secs? Hmm. And you sell guns for living ;) No seriously, I understand your position. Most forums require a pic of the weapon you are selling. That is why you are getting bothered. They say it is to protect against fraudulent sellers. I happen to like that we don't h...

Re: Vortex Viper PST

I am familiar with the ERS scope. I actually own one. It's currently on a 270 TC Venture. My father 'upgraded' his Sightron SII 3-9x40 that I put on the rifle when I got it for him for Christmas last year. I guess that is what I get for not using it for the 6BR build and leaving back in MT in the gu...

My answer is that I don't need it, but I want it, and I can afford it, and in America, that is enough of a reason as any.
